Imperial Trim is primarily a manufacturing company, but if you require both supply and installation services our sister company Imperial Trim Installations can provide this service.
Our warehouse is open for customer pick up between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm on Monday to Thursday, and 7 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays. (Holiday hours may vary)
Customer pick up is not available on weekends.
Feel free to call and confirm timing so we can prepare the material that you need.
Imperial Trim can offer delivery for a nominal charge depending on the area.
This varies by distance and value. We will include this as a part of your estimate upon request.
Imperial Trim accepts and will credit any excess returned standard stock products that is undamaged and in full resaleable condition.

Sole remedy under warranty is the repair or replacement of any product or component part which we shall prove defective as covered by this warranty.
Unless you are an established customer all orders may be paid by: cash, e-transfer, company cheque, personal cheque (with proper identification). Where payment is made on delivery of goods, only certified cheques, cash or money orders can be accepted. Credit applications are available from our office for those wishing to create an account for larger volume orders.
